E-flute  E pit (2.0mm)

Because the E-pit fine flute structure provides an excellent surface printing condition, it is commonly used in display racks, display racks, and printed packaging color boxes. Main uses: small boxes, paper pallets, counter displays.

This is mainly used for smaller cases and when presentation is a priority. The fine flute structure provides an excellent surface for high quality printing. Uses: die cut boxes, parts trays, counter top displays, folders.

B-flute  Pit B  (3.0mm)

B pit is also a very common pit paper in the market. We often use it when we make mail boxes and medium-sized cartons.  The pit pattern of the B pit is higher than that of the E pit, and the pits are sparser. The cardboard is softer and has a higher shock absorption and flushing function.

This is our standard board grade and our most commonly used board. Uses: shipping boxes, die cut boxes etc.

C-flute  C pit  (~approximately 4mm)

The wave height of the C pit is slightly higher than that of the B. The C pit can provide good impact and compression resistance but is relatively softer than the B pit. Uses: fruit container, glass consignor, artistic packaging, etc.

Our C-flute kraft (brown) board is made from a heavy grade of paper, giving a rigid board with good crush resistance. Uses: fruit containers, glass shippers, art packaging etc.

BC-flute BC pit  (6mm)   |  Twin-cushion

BC pit is often used in large cartons, which can be applied to heavy goods/mechanical parts packaging, and it is also one of the paper materials often used in double pit paper.

We use this for heavy duty applications where maximum protection is required. Uses: pallet boxes, art packaging, electronics/machinery boxes.
